All digital products sold by The Queendom | FFQ are delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped. 
Instant Download Access
Upon successful payment, your digital product(s) will be available for instant download. You will receive an email confirmation containing a unique download link for your purchase. 
Product Fulfillment
  • [If using a download app:] A separate email containing your download link will be sent from Shopify. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't receive it within a few minutes.
  • [If manually fulfilling:] Your download link will be sent directly to the email address provided at checkout.
  • The email will be sent to the address used for the purchase. 
Troubleshooting Download Issues
If you experience any issues downloading your digital product, please try the following:
  • Ensure your internet connection is stable.
  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.

Refunds and Returns
Because digital products are delivered instantly and are non-returnable, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products.
